The client:
Pavelinni, part of Katza Group since 1999, is the market leader in sustainable catering accessories and hospitality supplies for table and staff.
With a strong focus on ecology, sustainability, and human values, they serve restaurants, hotels, and catering companies across Europe.
Project:
For Pavelinni, we realized a complete Shopify transformation with a centerpiece advanced product configurator that visualizes custom designs in real time.
The webshop redesign included not only a visual renewal aligned with their brand book, but also technical optimization with custom sections, streamlined product structures, and intelligent upsell functions.
We implemented Sendcloud for shipping automation, WhatsApp Business integration for direct customer communication, and carried out a full SEO trajectory. The result: a professional B2B/B2C e-commerce environment that drives conversions through user-friendly product configuration.

Design & Style
The design for Pavelinni exudes luxury and professionalism, strictly following the brand book provided by Katza Group.
Warm beige and muted golden tones create a premium feel, while charcoal gray and black provide contrast. Bordeaux red accents add depth and reinforce the luxurious character, perfectly suited for high-end hospitality.
Platform & Tech
Shopify forms the backbone with custom development for specific functionalities.
We developed custom sections and forms that integrate seamlessly with the configurator. The technical architecture supports both B2B bulk orders and B2C retail sales.
SEO
We take care of the complete SEO spectrum for Pavelinni: technical optimization, collection structure, product SEO, and content strategy.
Result: improved rankings for hospitality-related search terms and significantly higher organic traffic through optimized URL structures and product copywriting.
