Sentum is a leading psychology and coaching group practice based in the Antwerp region, founded and led by Jess Donckers — widely recognized from the Streamz TV show “Koppels in Crisis.”

The practice provides expert psychological support and coaching for both individuals and organizations, with a strong focus on relationship therapy, burnout prevention, and personal growth.

The main challenge: an outdated WordPress website that no longer conveyed the practice’s professionalism or credibility, featuring poor user navigation and lacking integrated online booking functionality.

For Sentum, we delivered a complete website redesign and migration from WordPress to Wix Studio, focusing on professionalism, ease of use, and seamless client experience.

The new website combines a serene, trustworthy design with an intelligent mega menu enabling quick access to over 15 therapists and specializations. A fully integrated booking system empowers clients to schedule sessions instantly, improving engagement and conversion.

We also built a detailed team page with individual therapist profiles, a conversion-driven intake form with smart conditional logic, and a thought leadership blog to enhance online visibility.
