Onze 72-uurs snelservice kost €2.900. De prijs hangt af van het aantal producten, de complexiteit van je design en de koppelingen die je nodig hebt.
Kan ik mijn Shopify webshop zelf beheren?
Absoluut. Shopify's admin is gebouwd voor ondernemers, niet voor developers. Na oplevering trainen we je zodat je zelf producten toevoegt, bestellingen verwerkt, kortingscodes aanmaakt en je webshop beheert. Daar heb je geen technische kennis voor nodig.
Hoe lang duurt het om een Shopify webshop te bouwen?
Een basis Shopify webshop is live binnen 2 tot 3 weken. Een maatwerk webshop met custom design en uitgebreide koppelingen duurt 4 tot 6 weken.

Wat is het verschil tussen Shopify en Wix Studio?
Shopify is gebouwd voor e-commerce en wint op schaalbaarheid, app-ecosysteem en B2B-functionaliteit. Wix Studio blinkt uit in design-flexibiliteit en is ideaal voor creatieve merken met een kleiner assortiment die volledige controle willen over hun visuele presentatie.
Het unieke aan Fennec Group: wij werken met beide en adviseren eerlijk welk platform bij jouw situatie past.
Heb ik Shopify Plus nodig?
Waarschijnlijk niet. Shopify Plus kost vanaf €2.100 per maand en is bedoeld voor enterprise-bedrijven met miljoenenomzetten. De voordelen klinken indrukwekkend — aanpasbare checkout, B2B-functionaliteit, geavanceerde automatisering — maar de realiteit is genuanceerder.
De checkout-aanpassingen zijn extreem beperkt: in de praktijk komt het neer op de mogelijkheid om een Sendcloud pickup-point selectie vóór het afrekenen te tonen in plaats van erna. De B2B-module is inbegrepen maar nog beperkt in functionaliteit.
En de rapportage is nauwelijks beter dan bij reguliere plannen. Ons advies: voor 95% van de Belgische KMO's is Plus de prijs niet waard. Wij bouwen B2B-functionaliteit op reguliere Shopify-plannen — zoals bij DM-Covering — en dat bespaart je €25.000+ per jaar.
Werken jullie met onderhoudscontracten?
Nee. Na de eerste maand gratis support is extra werk beschikbaar tegen €75 per uur (excl. BTW). Geen maandelijkse verplichtingen.
We vinden onderhoudscontracten bij Shopify webshops onnodig — Shopify handelt hosting, beveiliging en updates zelf af. Je betaalt alleen wanneer je iets nodig hebt.
Wat kost een Shopify abonnement per maand?
Shopify heeft drie hoofdplannen: Basic (€28/maand), Shopify (€78/maand) en Advanced (€384/maand). Bij jaarlijkse betaling krijg je 25% korting, waardoor Basic slechts €21/maand kost. Voor de meeste KMO's is het Basic of Shopify plan ruim voldoende.
Kies je voor een externe betaalprovider zoals Mollie in plaats van Shopify Payments, dan rekent Shopify een extra commissie van 0,6% tot 2% per transactie.
Kunnen jullie mijn bestaande webshop migreren naar Shopify?
Ja. We migreren webshops van WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed en andere platformen naar Shopify.
Dat omvat productdata, klantgegevens, bestellingshistorie en URL-redirects voor je SEO. We zorgen dat je geen data verliest en dat je Google-posities intact blijven.
Wat is het verschil tussen Shopify en WooCommerce?
Shopify is een hosted platform — beveiliging, hosting en updates zijn inbegrepen. Bij WooCommerce (WordPress) beheer je dat zelf of via een extern hostingpakket.
Shopify is eenvoudiger en sneller op te zetten, maar minder flexibel qua code-aanpassingen. WooCommerce biedt meer technische vrijheid, maar vereist meer onderhoud en technische kennis.
Voor ondernemers die willen focussen op verkopen in plaats van op techniek is Shopify meestal de betere keuze.
Is Shopify goed voor SEO?
Shopify biedt een solide technische SEO-basis: snelle laadtijden, SSL-certificaat, sitemap, canonical tags en een schone URL-structuur. De beperkingen zitten in de URL-structuur (Shopify voegt automatisch /collections/ en /products/ toe) en de beperkte controle over robots.txt.
Voor de meeste webshops is dit geen probleem. Wij optimaliseren elke Shopify webshop voor Google en zorgen dat de technische SEO-basis klopt bij oplevering.
Wat als Shopify niet bij mij past?
